I picture Dean geting free of the pipe before Sam gets there, but yeah, he's pretty debauched and it would be kind of hard to hide, lol! I purposefully left it vague about whether or not he and Sam were in an estalished relationship or not too. Maybe just a little UST on Sam's side.
