I just love fics where Dean comes together with a caring OMC. This was damn hot and intimate and Sam's POV was awesome!!

Thank you so much! I don't know what it is about Dean/OMC but it hits all my buttons so hard! lol!

I love Sam/Dean too but there is so much of it out there and so many people that do it well that I feel more inclined to write this pairing.
