A mid-rise apartment building built in the style often seen here in downtown Vancouver!
Ground floor, with lobby, gym/washrooms and a games room/common area.
Birds eye view of each floor layout. All apartments are unfurnished except for basic counters in the kitchen, large appliances, and washroom equipment, just to show where everything is supposed to be. There is no wall coverings anywhere above the ground floor (so you'll want to add some in to the hallways before moving the first family in) and each apartment has a single type of flooring throughout, to make it obvious which apartment is which and how many rooms it has - I usually do this in my apartment buildings.

Floor 2 - one studio apartment, two 1 bed/1 bath apartments.
Floor 3 - two 2 bed/2 bath apartments.
Floor 4 - one studio apartment, one 1 bed/1 bath, one 1 bed/1 bath with den (or very small bedroom).
Floor 5 - penthouse apartment, spacious 2 bed/2 bath with two balconies.
Rent prices range from $803-$2938, and there are a total of nine suites. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows throughout!
Here's the CC; it looks like a TON but it's mostly painting recolours - I think I must have used one in the common area that pulls along all its other recolours with it - so it's not going to really be a whole wack of stuff coming into your game, just recolours.
