So. Ice Queen, and I think either Yankee White or Hung Out To Dry both have Tony wearing glasses, while later eps DON'T.

Why isn't he wearing glasses anymore except for when he's undercover???

A constantly distracted Gibbs would be bad.... Of course Tony would think it's a good bad.

And I'm sure Gibbs has left the basement to find Tony sprawled on the couch in nothing more than those glasses. :)
