Abby was a blast to write in this one. I think she was still hopped up on whatever drink it was Jack sent her. ;-)

But hey! you can't leave us there with a cliffhanger like that, very bad particularly for unfortunate souls like myself who've been working all night and have yet finished , and.... please can you write some more on this , I'd go down on my knees and plead but I'm liable to keel over after so many hours without sleep :-)

And... well... the cliffhanger kinda happened. I know what's next, but I'm not sure I would do it justice if I wrote it right now. Would tomorrow night be okay???

Definitely cos I intend to sleep tonight work or no work and so when I wake rested I'll be able to enjoy the writing properly cliffhanger or no cliffhanger - lol meanwhile back to the grind got a deadline to meet....

I can so see Gibbs's expression when he finds out that his father is overcaffeinating Abby! I love it! And both Jack and Abby considering the bunch 'family' even though Gibbs and Tony are still walking on eggshells a bit is adorable. I'd love to see Abby picking Jack's brain for Gibbs-as-a-kid stories when they finally get together.

And you're gonna take care of that last line soon, right?

Yeah, overcaffeinating Abby isn't a good thing... :-)

And I think there will be definite Gibbs-as-a-kid stories at some point. We already know he was a fool who jumped into shallow water... what else could little Leroy get up to I wonder.

And the last line will be resolved... Hopefully better than the show did. ;-)

Oh, I'm sure little Leroy got up to loads and loads of trouble! From the looks Gibbs and his dad were giving each other, there's *definitely* a story about that old rifle...

And... that's not much of a challenge you're setting yourself there! I mean, it would be hard *not* to do it better than the show did...
