Running in Memphis

I was finally able to get out for a run this morning! It has been a week since my last run. I set out at 8:30am, but it was already ball sweaty hot. Our mild DC summer did not prepare me for this southern humidity.

I ran along the Mississippi River and through Tom Lee Park. Tom Lee is a local hero; a man who rescued 32 people from a sinking
