Hmmm maybe you shouldnt work out everyday? Like work on different muscles each day, maybe? I dont know, i remember when i worked out everyday for three weeks during break, i was SORE ALL THE TIME.. it wasnt fun at all...So maybe try working out every other day, or at least different muscles each day.. like arms/benching one day... and like cardio the next? who knows.lol
