So my parents were in town last night, and they stayed at my place. This morning, after I'd left for work, my mother used my laptop to google my office location so that they could meet me for lunch. I had 20+ different tabs open, mostly fics I'd seen linked someplace and wanted to read but hadn't had time for yet, accumulated over several weeks(/

People who don't know any better using my computer is why god invented tab groups

The little bunch-o'-boxes icon next to the minimize button in Firefox lets you group your tabs into separate windows, only one of which is visible at any given time. Besides eliminating clutter, this lets me set up a sandbox-window for parent-type users without having to close any of my stuff.

Fair enough! The problem is, I had no reason to expect anyone but me ever using my laptop without my presence, so I've never needed that before. :/
