Man oh man, I was sick yesterday. I had a temperature of 103 and pretty much couldn't get out of bed. I went to the doctor today (my pediatrician, who I'm still going to after 18 years), and was almost instantaneously diagnosed with strep throat. Which, really, is not nearly as bad as I was anticipating... mono? lyme disease? imminent death? ( Read more... )

glad you're not dying of lyme disease.
glad lance came out.
glad you ate at palermo. the one time i ate there last summer, the waitress thought john and i were an "item" and so we did our best to play it up. pretty amusing.

describe "real poker game". I mean, I'm all for playing for money, but I'm also pretty cheap. so keep that in mind.

I would also like things to stay low-risk, but it's not fun unless you're playing with money because then no one really cares... $5-10 buy in? your thoughts?

i am also all for playing a real poker game, but not with too much money. you participated in some of the poker games last year right? (not that there were that many)
