Jinki sighed and grabbed the dish towel, he carefully wrapped my finger with it, which hurt like hell all of a sudden, then stepped away, regarding me for a moment.

“What?”

“Nothing. Stay right here ok?”

My eyes were wide open in shock when he kissed me. I froze as I felt his large soft hands cup my cheeks, trying to process what was happening. Then as if I was experiencing some type of weird delayed reaction, I suddenly felt the unbearable need to kiss him back. To kiss away the pain and hopelessness he was feeling.
ohh god...the love, insecurity, unawareness, surprise and so many more feelings that shows in this simple sentence..this was so pretty, especially the unbearable need to kiss him back *^*

My heart, broken. This made me cry. Argh.

Jinki looked tired. Not just from exhaustion either, but the kind of tired that comes from years of sleeping four hours a night, and sometimes less. Living out of suitcases and being forced to make adult decisions for four other rambunctious boys, when you really are only a boy yourself. Pushed to your limits having to remember script changes, musical numbers, all of the other members vocal parts, guest names, piano notes... The kind of tired that makes one not even care if the styling noonas suggest you wear nothing but peacock feathers and leg warmers onstage.

That knocked it out of the park, for me at least. Seriously, this had me reaching for the tissues.

It was thoughtfully done and really emotional, a good blend of bitter and sweet. <33
