First, via virginia-fell, is news of allegations of sketchy behavior by Livejournal.

So apparently members of LJ's staff have been using their position to view and comment on locked entries to harass members. People have had their LJ accounts suspended and everything over this nonsense.

If someone actually did want to make a legal case of it, would they even be able to? Isn't LJ run by a Russian company now? Or simply bought?
