Here are a few of my old Homicide icons, some new, mostly frankentim related, posted as omg_wtf_yeah and I had a deal wherein I made an animated frankentimmy icon for a favor. There are some hate icons for later season characters going on, as in Terri Stivers, Falsone, Ballard, and Gharty. Anyways, here is an idea of what you might be getting into:

I adore number 6, are these up for grabs? Btw I thought 16 said "lovers" the first time I saw it, then lol'd when I realized what it really said.

Oh my goodness! I never thought I'd actually find any Homicide icons! These are amazing! I snagged 4 and 10 and will probably come back to snag some more later. Just wondering, do you know of any other good sources for Homicide icons or caps?

My sister's capped four eps (from seasons 1 and 3) and some of the movie available here, and I don't know of any others. I either cap myself or use hers. I know no_where_else, mad_lynn and midtownangel have all posted some icons (like your awesome icon). It seems like people will usually post to eromitlab if they've made any new icons. Anyways! I'm pretty pleased too by the somewhat-less-than-non-existant state of fandom. It's small, but there still is some stuff... :)
