So yoga yesterday showed me that while I had a lot of my ankle use back I was missing some less used chunks. Guess I'll have to stretch more

I have been trying the zombie run app the last couple of days. I have been having fun with it. The only downside is my mobile device does not support the distance or speed functions. But it has been getting me out there. I want to find out what happens next. I do count any exercise though. Good luck on the ankle continuing to get better one thing you could perhaps add into your routine is drawing the alphabet with your toe.
Yeah, it's really fun. I like the statistics, but I think it would be almost as useful without them since my main goal is just to get out there and get exercising.
