"Will you fly me away?"

Today was a nice day. Got up late, but still managed to play some basketball and do some errands before calling up my best friend. ♥ And then I went out to dinner with Dad, saw Despicable me, and closed it up with writing. Not that any of this is interesting at all. XD ( Read more... )

I also snicker at FCUK. I want that on a t-shirt (which apparently exists in Europe).

*blush* ♥ !

It's not weird at all, though you definitely don't have to do anything. ♥ You're awesome just for thinking about it. (AND YES, WE ARE BUILDING MANRY BONDS. OF BROFISTHOOD.)

Really?! Uwaah... I probably ran into you at one point or another, then. I've gone every year for quite a while, since I live in Iowa and it's easy to get to. But this year, I might do the St. Louis one instead... Dunno yet. D:

I should go as MochiAmerica to whatever con I do next.

... Yeah.

Yaaaaaay! :D Timezone pals! ♥

Jeez, you really are close, then. That's awesome~. I was mourning the other day that I didn't have any friends in the Midwest area that liked Hetalia and now I feel at peace. I went to the St. Louis one once. I remembering enjoying it, even though it was a smaller con. A lot of enthusiastic people.

Ooohh, everyone will want to have a picture taken with you~

*flails* I want to see that movie. Was it any good?

You aren't the only one who forgets her age. Don't worry about it. o/

1. I now read online news articles about international incidents fanatically.

And now I laugh about them as I do so! I also found the World Cup interesting for the first time in...ever.

It was! I was really pleasantly surprised by it. It wasn't hilariously funny, but it was well-made, adorable, and surprisingly touching. And there were some good laughs, too, I mean.

Pfft, I know what you mean. I actually bought a World Cup t-shirt the other week. It was for Germany. Oh Germany, you did so good, honey.

Awww. Happy early birthday! What did you think of Despicable Me? I really enjoyed it. Like, more than I thought I was going to!

(You know, between you and the fanfic, I am seriously pondering this Hetalia thing.)

Thank you so much! (Eek, a belated thank you. I haven't been on much.) I really liked Despicable Me, way more than I thought I would. I went in knowing very little but assuming I wouldn't be impressed. I just like to go to movies, whether they're good or not.

But it was just... adorable. ♥

(Hetalia will suck you in hard. There is nothing more crack. And suddenly you're into history and current events, and you've got friends all over the world, and everyone is as mad as you are. ♥ Yesss.)

Oh, happy birthday for tomorrow!! What are the areas in the country you'd want to go to cons? It feels like all the cons I've been to lately have had a very large Hetalia presence. XD

Hetalia has made me SUCH a new whore omg AND SO PATRIOTIC! I've never said Happy Birthday America! with such deep affection before! ♥

A very belated thank you! *hugs* I'm in Iowa, so most of the cons I'm able to go to (and can afford) need to be in the Midwest. D: Although really, I'm starting to wonder if I can get to one in a big, big city and pay cheaper to fly... Ahhhh, I don't know...

YESSSS. News whores unite! 8D And I know exactly what you mean. Damn, but my country suddenly got adorable.

Hmm, I've been to Ohayocon (Columbus) a bunch of times, which was a really enjoyable con, and lots of people seem to love ACen (Chicago), but I've never been to any other Midwest cons! I've mostly been to cons in California (Fanime, Anime Expo), and some on the east coast/south (Katsucon, AWA). Depending on where you go you could probably get fairly cheap tickets! Those big cons are so different from little ones, they can totally be worth going to. Though, some of them can end up a lot more expensive than others. (Anime Expo makes my wallet weep thanks to reg fees/hotel fees/extra costs!! But my heart happy so idk)

Suddenly adorable is right!! ♥
