A few thoughts on the most recent episode of Torchwood:

How does the Torchwood team get paid? Has this ever been revealed? I'm assuming they get paid because obviously they're all not living in the Hub and eating the pterodactyl, but if they're supposed to be outside and beyond the government, the UN, etc. etc. etc., then where do their paychecks come from?

This is really bothering me.
