I can think of two scenes off the top of my head, for my favorites. If this includes movies, I'd have to say Spock's death scene from the end of Star Trek II. If this is limited to television shows, then I'd have to pick the Wizard of Oz parody from the 200th episode of Stargate: SG-1.
