5 Reasons It Sucks Being a Joss Whedon FanI don't consider myself a Whedon fan. I love Firefly/Serenity and I really like Dr. Horrible. Beyond that? Meh. Never could stand Buffy. Exactly. It's one thing to be like, "This is a good show. You should watch it." But it never stays there, and it eventually becomes so vicious. It's like, "Watch this...no, really, watch this...WATCH IT...WATCH IT NOW...why aren't you watching this...everyone who has a brain watches this...only idiots don't watch this...you're an idiot for not watching this." No, you don't get to sneer at me and insult me because I don't watch a TV show you like, and furthermore you're not exactly selling your fandom with those tactics. I didn't watch Firefly for ages because of that very attitude. I did go to see the movie, which I liked well enough to then watch the series, but that was something I came to myself.
(I must be strong and not click TVtropes links or I will never escape. O:))
