Photos!

Oct 16, 2008 22:07

Instead of writing anything today, I'm just going to post pictures that I took yesterday at the reservoir. Yes, I did end up going because the weather cleared up. Also, I'm trying out my new photo storage space.

Twelve large photos behind the cut.

I finally caught Autumn )

That's really weird. I could see them fine, so I logged out, cleared my browser history, and looked at the entry, and sure enough there was nothing there. But then I could see them again when I logged back in. Weird.

I think LJ might be having an issue because earlier tonight I was trying to upload new icons and it kept telling me they were successfully uploaded, but none of them would show up. Alternatively, it is not out of the realm of possibility that I just fail at using LJ galleries.

Anyway, I reuploaded to Photobucket and edited the post, so hopefully now they're visible!

Those are gorgeous pictures -- thanks for sharing them! The colors in the one of the pier and the "carpet of leaves" one are so intense.

This makes me homesick. I miss the midwest in the fall. It's just so beautiful when all of the leaves change colors.

I *so* miss fall.

Yeah, it's getting cooler and all that, it's just that in south Georgia, most of the trees are Long-Leaf Pins -- which isn't really noted for changing colors. KWIM?

I miss my mountains!

I love the mountains. Sadly, there aren't many around here. North-central Indiana's pretty flat.

nods. And you're even flatter than we are (I think).

I am *sooo* catching up.

There aren't many mountains in south Georgia either! :-(
