Why does she suggest drinking less liquid?

I doubled my liquid intake and dropped a bunch of weight with low effort..

I didnt get that either ... she suggested 7 cups for women and 9 for men. Thing is, being bypassed, I cant do much more than eight a day just cause I cant process it all.

I have been known to exceed it. I think I did 10 today. I just spend a lot of time on the potty. =)

She also suggests listing accomplishments rather than making lists of goals. Its more fulfilling goals than liisting them. So Im spliting the difference. So far today, Ive, in no particular order ...

The popular term for an inverse todo list like that is a tada list. As in "ta dahhh!"

I gotta say, the 'tada' list makes me feel much more accomplished than the 'todo' list ... mostly cause it proves to me that Ive done stuff, whereas if I dont accomplish my 'todo' list, I kind of feel like crap.

I'm always confused about the calorie thing. According to that method, if I want to lose 1 lb I'd have to consume (I'm assuming this includes calories burned by exercise) 1000 calories, yet it's apparently unhealthy to consume less than 1200, even including exercise. I don't have to lose weight, but I could definitely stand to be in better shape and health.

The other thing is that muscles weighs more than fat, so by that logic, if you actually gained muscle through exercise, youd actually gain weight .... or in my case, lose less. o_O

Umm, according to that, I should be consuming 2330 calories? I must be doing something wrong >.>

Maybe I copied the formula wrong. Cause I swear when I did it before, I came up with 1800 something for two pounds a week ... which I thought was high.

ETA: nope, just checked it. Thats her formula.
