Forgive me for so obviously blaspheming, or what-have-you, since I feel I should know the answer, but what IS RSC? I always get so confused with these things. ::hits head::

Just read these first two and they're wonderful! I feel like I'm right there, and the instant connection between the two puppies is exciting. You also set up their start at Hogwarts well, with Remus' nervousness, Sirius' preparation from that wonderful (gag) family of his and his determination to *not* go into Slytherin--it's so *them* as preadolescents. Though Sirius is damn suave with Lily for an eleven-year-old, but that's him--precocious that Sirius Black charm!

They're a fun bunch of kids to write. :) Yes, Sirius is quite the charmer even at eleven, but I figure he was probably drilled in such things from the cradle - wizarding aristocracy, and all that.
