Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free. What more could you want?

The brownies for the NYE party are baked and cooling. I used this brownie mix, and this for the margarine. They aren't going to be vegan because I used an egg but I hope they're something that people who usually can't eat my brownies will be able to enjoy.

Do you know what time it's okay to go over? I did not see a start time in the Einblatt.

Thanks!

I made GF ginger snaps. They haven't aged as much as I'd like but they should be good anyway. Also bringing a bottle of sparkling grape juice so the boy and others can toast the new year.

I had one and then went home and had some Tums to fight back the egg. 8-)

They had a really lovely fudgy texture and were very, very chocolaty. There was a slight sour tang that I couldn't identify -- maybe one of the gluten-free flour ingredients? -- but it wasn't unpleasant.

Thank you for making them.
