Ianto is so messed up... but I'm glad to see he is preparing for the investigation.

I'm wondering if there is going to be any reactions regarding the serial killer's choice of victims in the police department. (I'm phrasing this awkwardly, sorry.) Since he is killing the people who slip through the cracks of the justice system, there might be some sympathsizing with the killer.

Keep in mind that 50 victims was all that Tosh could find missing in Cardiff. People don't always have to live in one place their whole lives, and Ianto has been screwed up for a lot longer than four years. If you get what I mean. ^_^
