My office at work gets warmer the cooler it is outside. Today, I'm guessing, it's in the low 80's. I'm seriously considering a trip to the mall to find a Hawaiian shirt and some of those hiking pants that transform into shorts. Also, maybe a monkey or a parrot, and a pack of those little umbrellas so everyone can put them in their coffee or Mellow

Normally, I start work at 7. The guys at the auto shop couldn't finish replacing my tie rod last night, so it will be 10:30 or 11:00 by the time I've recovered my car and gotten to work. Which means working until 7.

The canels are all in a row for tomorrow's assault on Christendom... I mean, Oregon. One more crazy day of breakneck data processing could finish the project, then it just has to waltz through a cursory QA before our ridiculously short deadline.

For now, though, I'm going home.

Just a shout out to say Thanks for living in all those square houses.

My numbers are lonely.

PC Mag.com recently posted an article about a preview of Microsoft's Live Local Technology. The relevant bit here is that they're combining searchable, navigable maps with three-quarter-view aerial imagery and street-level imagery.

Our company is providing the street-level imagery.
