Apparently, anyone can read things (some things, at least) by the National Academy Press. Such as Lost Crops of Africa: Volume II: VegetablesWhen that study was announced (a follow-up to the 1996 study on grains) it was intended to cover Fruits & Vegetables. I've learned that it's been a long time since I took a Constitutional law class. Disco called me up asking about the elastic clause. I assumed it was contract related. The he started talking about Article 1. I immediately went to the UCC. Nothing there. Looked up the elastic clause on Google. Turns out its the necessary and proper clause. A. No one cares about the necessary and proper clause and B. Who calls it the elastic clause? That's the coolest thing I've learned since breakfast. Three years of school and I can't even help someone with a crossword puzzle.
