Ah, it's wonderful you're doing a research. They can be so fascinating when you're on the right subject. And only now did I become aware how depressing this fic is going to be... but I love good angst!

I suddenly wanted to include Woody's POV, and I wasn't sure about how Huntington's disease would affect perception and thought process.

Yes, and it's depressing to imagine all of that. But Woody must have been really something if he managed to be charming even at that time (judging by 'Bound for Glory' he really was wonderful - just a feeling I get from reading the book).
