The "Isis" show is ovah! And it was spectacular. If the tech guys had been a bit more on the ball, it would have been even better. But as it was, it was really fantastic.

Bellydancing does wonderful things for the body, it's true. I weigh the same as I did when I was 16, but it looks better than it did back then, I must admit.

Heee that make-up is SCARY up close!!! We looked worse than Tammy Faye Bakker XDDD That black eyeliner was in THICK wings all the way up to our eyebrows, our brows were heavily pencilled in, we had fake eyelashes on on top of four layers of mascara, our blusher was in BRIGHT triangles on our cheeks, and our lipstick was BRIGHT red. But on stage, from the audience, it looked like normal street make-up.

I don't, but my friend may have some coming, I hope. A professional videographer taped the show and I hope they are quick about producing a DVD. If so, I will buy, and then I'll have to figure out how to rip from it XDDD

The performance wasn't.... the rehearsal, the cue-to-cue, the stage blocking, the make-up... We got to the theater by 2P and didn't leave until after 10P.

We did, it was a blast. Now we have post-production depression XD Seriously, we've been preparing for this for a year, it's consumed our lives for the last three months and now it's over....

But we did great.
