Well, I guess it took me long enough. I've gone private, I think. Someone tell me what they did to make their LJ private so I can hide with the rest of ya'll.

He's just making it difficult. When you make a post, change "Public" to "Friends" in the drop-down box. "Private" means only you can see it and will be identified with an eyeball icon instead of a padlock.
