There's a site called deviantART.com is a site where you can post your artwork - everything from paintings, photos, poetry, stories, whatever you like. The way you do this meme is you go to the site, type in the answer in the search box (ie, for the name one, you'd type in your name in the search box), and put up a picture that comes up in the search.
It's a really awesome because you get to see all sorts of interesting pieces of art in the searches. :]
