Question about downloads

Hey guys, I have a question for you. I used to post all my downloads here, but since I have the website now, obviously I'm mostly just posting them there. I've been considering crossposting them here so that livejournal users don't have to keep checking the website to see if I've uploaded anything new - but on the other hand, if no one who follows

I said yes but rather than cross-posting I think that all you need to do is post an announcement here and not the full download. Extra pictures of the content in action are always welcome :) Not everyone is a member of Wella and not everyone looks at it so by advertising on your journal you would be reaching a wider audience.

I gotta agree with engram...just make a post linking to the page at applesims when there's something new. Clicking a link to the website or clicking a cut that leads to DL post on your journal is same difference for the DLer but means twice as much work for you.

I think I will add your website to my google reader, if I can, so I can keep up with your awesome stuff. If you wanted you could post here letting people know when you update. Maybe not even every time but just every once in awhile so you wouldn't feel like you were putting in tons of extra work. :)

I would like to have a small sort of notice on LJ about uploads since I tend to forget about checking back to other websites. It doesn't have to be a huge full-on post with images and all, just a little "hai I made stuff you can download here." I missed out on the giant whale sculpture until a couple of days ago because of spazzness. You don't have to cater to me of course, but my preference is a small nudge nudge about new downloads.
