You know, I'm not sure I want KAT-TUN to have a YouTube channel, for two reasons:
1) Most of their activities seem to be magazine and concert related. So, all they'd mainly post is commercials and (possibly) sneak-peeks of videos. Which you can already find on any J-music community (or NicoDouga, which CAN be accessed by non-Japanese people) and even YouTube, if you want patiently.
2) If KAT-TUN gets a channel on YouTube, there will no longer be ANY fan videos or fancam footage. Ever. They'll work hard as hell to remove all those "illegal" videos.
That said, I DON'T want them to have a YouTube channel. >.>
All those lovely episodes of "Cartoon KAT-TUN", audio from their radio shows (such as R-One), "Making Of" videos, translated concert DVDs, and other random clips will be taken down as well.
I doubt KAT-TUN's official channel will add these files because (1) you need permission from the broadcasters to reproduce audio/video clips -- that costs money, and they're not gonna pay NTV (or whatever channel aired Cartoon KAT-TUN) that kind of money. And (2) they won't post things you can buy in stores, such as their "Making Of" videos. Why would they post it for free, and lose $30?

That's what I was thinking. Maybe something more like:
失礼します。
KAT-TUNのファンクラブに代わって、私は書きています。
私たちを公式KAT-TUNのYOUTUBEが欲しい下さい。
公式KAT-TUNのYOUTUBEは外人フアンを助けって知りとかも知りません。
本当にありがとうございます。
