Albums: Delay the album uploads until the release date.
Singles: No delay.
Now, since it doesn't really make too much sense to allow singles to be posted right away, but not albums, and because of how close the poll was, I am going to try and work out a compromise.
You all are welcome to suggest any thoughts you have for compromises, but the discussion regarding the delay/not delay issue is now closed. I put it in your hands, and this is what came out of it. It's not me that made the decision this time, so trying to reason with me isn't gonna work.
