The storm blew through at mid-afternoon, so I doubt they were home. At least they probably wouldn't have been upstairs at that time of day. I worry that we'll be in bed and our tree will come through the roof, killing us instantly. Yikes!

(Actually, I really don't worry about it that much.)

We have a whole forest of them around here, and a large tribe of well-fed squirrels :-)

I just got the June 4th county Alert email warning of an immanent tornado. Still haven't quite figured out where the branches in our back yard came from. They're tulip maples, but I don't see any in particular which are missing branches near us.

(also, finally home and back online... but thats another story)
