Mmmm, am tired today. First there was the teacher Christmas party in the medieval museum Friday (I probably ate enough fat and protein to last me a year), then Happy Feet yesterday with the weekend club and the Christmas gala after that ( Read more... )

I think you hit the nail on the head about Happy Feet. I saw it last weekend expecting to be wowed since it was doing so well, and I was underwhelmed to say the least. I think around halfway I started thinking, "Okay, is this the story they are going with? Do they really expect this to happen? Are we supposed to suspend our disbelief here, too?" It got very eye-rolly for me toward the end. Oh well.

The end was... very weird. I'm not overly pessimistic, but humans simply do not work that way.

My so called life was excllent. Jared Leto! Jordan catalano. And Angela! Dyes her hair red makes friend with Rayanne angela. I love that show. It show brings over how it is to be a teen, I think. Much as I love the OC and such, they're not real. MSCL was much nearer.

I think it was on wikipedia that someone pointed out that Jordan Catalano is actually in fewer eps than any of the other regulars, and yet he's the character everyone remembers. :-)

It's a really great show in so very many ways, not least of which that they have actual teenagers playing teenagers, and yet they kick ass in the acting department.

Ah ha ha, was he?! Maybe that cause he's so pretty. And he has a cool name ;) There was also a guy like that in every school.

AW it was ace. Must watch it again!
