So this morning, I was a lazy bitch. I commented to apollymi that I couldn't think of anything to make us for breakfast (the past two mornings we'd done - I kid you not - not-chicken noodle soup loaded down with garlic). *whimper* Waffle House....how I miss them! Their deliciously lard-cooked hashbrowns? Pecan waffles? Freaky people at 4 am?

I knew not the awesome that is Waffle House until I moved from Maryland to Florida. I don't plan to move any further north than the Carolinas in an attempt to remain near them ♥

I love Waffle House soooo much more than I should. Grease is bad, but Waffle House greasy is marvelous.
