simple one to begin with: sit up straight and loosen up and relax your muscles. close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. if thoughts or emotions come, just accept them and continue to relax. focus on a set, continuous pattern of deep breathing and feel the air enter and escape as it fills up your entire body. listen to soothing music or stare at a fixed spot or just lie down, close your eyes, and think of the place you miss most. your mind will be healed. =)
