Ume garden

Since yesterday the temperature has risen, with mild sunshine it’s almost like spring days. This afternoon I went out for walking for about 1 hour. I visited a big park which has an area with various kind of Ume trees. They were not yet in full bloom but beautiful enough, the air was full of subtle scent of Ume flowers. Yes! I’m fortunate to live near to this Ume garden… though I have to walk up the steep slope to go there XD

I know how that is. I live on a hill so I have to walk up a steep slope to come home from the public gardens.

Oh I can understand! When I visited Oamaru many years ago, my lodging was a small B&B on a slope… maybe Tees St., it’s not on the top of the slope but I walked to Oamaru Lookout Point from it… it’s steep enough for me! X(. But the view from the lodging and the park was wonderful, I remember :)
