Sunny but chlly

Again working at home. Again sunny day. On the lunchtime I took Krurun to the verandah, held her on my lap and brushed her. She doesn’t like it - the sunshine, or being brushed, I’m not sure X)
But being with my rabbit ob my lap in the sun was nice, I enjoyed the lunchtime :)

Krurun is very much like Ollie - he also dislikes grooming and he himself decides that he wants to jump on my lap.:-)
Sunny and chilly is definitely better than rainy/foggy/windy/chilly. This is the situation here.
BTW - since midnight today, Christmas markets have been closed without any warning, gathering people limited etc . - her we go again, hurrah to chaotic and in many cases illogoical steps of our old government...

I'm sorry about the markets. I loved them when I lived in Germany. We've had everything cancelled too: the Victorian festival this month, the new year's party in the Gardens, the summer festival in Timaru... We will have to make our own fun.

However I am deeply sorry for the businessmen...they are desperate now - the second closing is too much for them...
And my son has also lost his event too. With a mortgage on his hands...

A lot of small businesses (cafes etc) are closing here too, especially in Auckland which has been in strict lockdown for months. Spanish flu disappeared eventually, we just have to hope this will too.

I thought she would enjoy both! My current cats love being touched but not brushed (my first pair loved it) and like basking in the sun. If they're inside, they sleep in the puddles on sunlight on the wooden floor.

It's not quite summer here - we count it from 1 December. Actually it's been a cold spring so I don't think it will arrive on time this year.

I hope she would, but I’m not sure. At least she surely dislikes being held by me XD but she seems to have become accustomed to be so since Feb when she came here to live with us.
