Yes I know that you dont know me, but alas, I have come to bring you good cheer ...
haha that was left on my lj by you ... 8 years ago!! how do i know this? because i'm doing some self-reflection and have started from the start.
Breakups are terrible, but remember you did it for a reason (underlying kindess to both of you?). you will have ups and downs for a long time, emotional healing can take it's sweet ass time! make sure you have your friends around you, and a good bottle of something. it's all about adjustment, you've grown from your relationship and now you have to find out who the new, independent you is.
