I am really hating the Axe body spray commercials. I know they are being really sexist on purpose, and they think it's cute, and maybe it's "tongue-in-cheek," but no. I am this close to going out and trying to find a store that has samples of it, so I can find out how it smells and strenuously avoid anyone wearing it.I'm not even going to mention

As for the Axe, I've never seen these commercials. I only saw the Pied Piper one, which I though was cute years ago. But the post hookup shame one sounds really, really horrendous.
I think I shall join your Axe boycott.

I will admit I found some of the earlier commercials funny, but not for the intended reason; instead, I thought, "How pathetic! Do people really believe this will get them the female attention they can't otherwise garner?" Now I'm not laughing, because apparently, the answer is a disgusting, resounding "yes."
I'm with katranna. Let's all get axes and go chop down all the Axe displays in stores.

ROFL. I was eating, you know. And I almost choked.
I think those ads are funny in their tastelessness, but then I find most ads annoying and/or offensive (you think these are bad, watch some beer ads). Lots of young guys like to think they are players, so the cologne people are trying to exploit it. Ehhhh.
