It might be -2 F in Rapid City, South Dakota, but it's completely worth bundling up and braving the wind chill to enjoy the delightfully old-fashioned downtown.

Oooh, sounds neat! I don't expect to ever be in Rapid City, but I'll try to remember this just in case.
