Hello all of you! I have missed you! I've been so out of the loop lately. The internet guy comes on Tuesday so I shall finally have internet at my new apartment! (Thank goodness) And I reeeeaaaalllly hope that my movers come this week on my days off too, because I want my stuff! It's been more than 6 weeks now.

Hehe, I feel like I've been saying that my stuff will come soon and you've been saying "I hope it comes soon" for ages... let's hope we can finally put an end to this exchange... soon. :P

YES, thank goodness! I'm gone until Monday evening anyway, so it's actually quite soon! :D YAY internet!

I'm working my way through valensmut and wizard_love today as i sit around my hotel room in my pajamas and enjoy my free wifi! Definitely enjoying all the brilliance! I've even tried some new stuff that I normally wouldn't go for because it had almost no comments on it, which made me sad! D: So you would be proud of me for branching out!

Sorry to hear about your fanworksathon piece - don't stress, I am sure the right story will come if and when it's right. If it makes you feel any better, I am starting to choke on some of my stories for chekov_sulu bingo. I have beginnings. Lots of great beginnings. I'm just sort of... freezing up now that I have to take these to some kind of logical story conclusion. >:| Maybe it's the time of year??

I know! I've been totally out of the loop. Eeps! But I'm reading and trying to catch up on a lot of the stuff I missed, including some of the great chekov/sulu pieces posted recently. Poke me if you read something brilliant that you think I might have missed. Oh my gosh, did you read that c/s grocery store AU? SO FREAKING CUTE AND HOT!

ugh, yeah, I just don't have the time to write it and do it justice right now. I hope to at some point though. Let me know if you ever need a brainstorming session if you're stuck on a piece. I'm a pretty good brainstormer if you need me. But not until I get internet early next week! lol.

Are you doing Ship Olympics? Even if you don't want to write or commit to that, you could be on Team Tribble and just cheer and roll around in the awesome multi-pairing-love! *bribes you with cookies*

You are so kind. I might take you up on a brainstorming session! I think I might need to follow the old writing advice - "apply seat of pants to seat of chair" - and just try to power through. I am sure I'm not unique in this, but every story I've written always involves a point where I'm like THIS IS THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP EVARRRRR. There are some now that I'm really sort of lost/stuck on though.

Team Tribble looks VERY tempting :D

Yay for Ship Olympics! I'm signed up for threesomes, Chekov/Kirk, NEW OLD SKOOL, and a write-in for Winona/Pike that is going to get me nowhere. I didn't even think of Scotty/Gaila (though I'm sure other people are signed up :3), but I hope good things come out of that :3

Well, I think that my fanworksathon piece would have given me much more grief if I had actually made any attempt whatsoever to write it... but I haven't even had the time to start, so not much grief for me. ;-) Good luck with yours! YAY! I'm glad you're participating! I'm curious to see how many teams/what teams come out of this! Scotty/Gaila is probably my favorite het pairing in this fandom. I imagine that the c/s team will fill up pretty quickly, which is fine with me-- it'll be fun to branch out a bit, so I'm trying to figure out what pairings I should choose. I'm considering Scotty/Chekov and Sulu/Gaila right now.
