This year wasn't as bad as some years past! Thank goodness. I'm actually off tomorrow. I mean, I don't have anywhere to go and my plans include a turkey pot pie, a bottle of wine, and a store-bought pecan pie, but at least I won't have to deal with the harried holiday travelers for once! :)

Yeah, crazy holidays-- every single person in the country it seems is trying to get back to mom and dad's for a Thursday meal of turkey and potatoes. It's so busy

This is why I never give any thanks Yeah, they get that around Easter and the August bank holidays here. And christmas time gets pretty crazy... again with the turkeys...

Is there a word count do you know. Haha, maybe I do, maybe I don't. If I arrive home sober tonight I shall go over the prompt list and see what's left. And maaaaaaybe.
