You are amazing. You are amazing! This is so so perfect. Awkward Zach biting his tongue, ahahaha! Slightly acerbic Marietta, YES. I love that he thinks her scowl is beautiful, omg that just encapsulates the whole thing, hahahaha. And then the story about Megan and the scarf, ohhhhh it is so sad and so so so sweet.

\o/ YAY! I'm so glad you like it! I just adore these two and cannot get enough of them! And yes yes yes-- one of my favorite parts of this pairing is that they're NOT all sweet and smooth. They're both awkward and scowling and brittle and defensive and just perfect for one another! I was so excited to get another chance to write these two. Apparently, I still have lots of stories from this Second Cup 'verse that want to be told. Because I'm also sort of dying to write a good Angelina/Alicia get together fic. YAY for brain twins! *twirls you*

Also, when looking on AO3, there are only three (soon to be four) Zach/Marietta fics on the whole site! And we are the only two authors. HAHA. It's good we found each other. ♥

You had me at "How can you possibly be so pretty while scowling like that?" (Frickin' awwwwww!) I love that Zacharias is so completely twitterpated around Marietta (yet not easily deterred - very Zach), and how she softens when she hears about Megan and the story about the scarf. And how cute is it that he comes to that café every day even though it's well out of his way and he knows that she knows it. :) The look inside the head of a pathetically smitten Zach is something I'm not sure I've even read before, but it made me giggle and clutch my chest and such! ♥
