So... lawyer told me that my doctor is pretty terrible (no, not in those damned words.) Recommends another specialist who has a really good track record of fixing these types of injuries. Says that since it's been a year I've kindof screwed myself in several arenas, notably with the classification of my claim with Workers Comp/the insurance company
