It's so sweet and your story is easy to understand even though English isn't your 1st language :)
I'm sure that Dino was happy not only be able to hear Kyouya's voice but could B'day wish.

Btw, I'm curious when you wrote February 14th. Is that mean he's going to meet Kyouya's in that day? Or you wanted to write "February 4"? since Dino's B'day is February 4 ^^

Ahh, that XD, jeje, yeah n.n, it was supposed that he was looking in his agenda a free day and he found that the closest day was going to be feb 14th =D, so he could go to Japan and celebrate both, his bday and valentine's day too n.n
