Crying... Why do things make me cry?

When I was younger we used to tease my mom about being sensitive cause all sorts of things make her cry. I seem to have inherited this. Old people make me cry, in person, in movies, on tv, in books. I don't mean I sob every time one walks past me- but situations with them often make me tear up. Parades make me cry. I have no idea why- but they make

Commercials have made me cry before too! I can hear a sad story and cry sometimes. There is nothing wrong with it! We are simply not holding our emotions in, it is healthier that way!
