So- I eat a fair amount of chocolate - not loads of it- but I always have some around the house and have it a few times a week in managable quantities

I find that if I eat a bunch of processed sugar on a regular basis, that totally brings my mood down, and gives me a kind of rollercoaster emotional base. Chocolate doesn't seem to be a stronger form of sugar, for me - it's any candy/dessert, really.
