Wrath of the Lich King

As the next Warcraft expansion nears, there's a rush of new information out there from the beta. It's very hard to avoid any and all spoilers if you're a regular visitor of WoW fansites. WoWInsider has a topic up about it right now, regarding how much people want to know, and how much they'd rather be surprised.

To be honest, I'm very excited about this expansion, so it's hard for me to not watch a video here and there. Unfortunately some of them hold a few spoilers like the one they posted today (the last battle int he DK intro questline). Great video but I really wish I had not watched it.

I can totally agree with you though on this. If some people want to be "prepared" for the new content, well that's their choice. Personally I think everyone should start off with the same footing and the same mystery, and if this material wasn't so readily available I wouldn't be able to spoil myself as much.

Right now I'm going to try and lay off as much of the new material as I can to avoid any more spoilers. Like you, I want to experience this expansion to its fullest, and that means the exploration bit as well. Whichever the case though, it'll still be great. ;)

You're right about exploration, I want to experience that in the "real" game. But I do want to try out the Death Knight class, primarily because it'll give me a better idea of what I want for my one (and possibly two) "permanent" ones.

The things I've been looking at are mostly like, pictures of monsters and things. I -will- say I'm excited about the baby undead dragon ;)
