VOTE!!!Everyone who lives in the United States, is 18 years of age or older, and isn't a felon...go vote! I will accept no excuse other than hospitalization or incarceration. Registration is easy, it doesn't take that long, and it's so extremely important that there's no way to justify not doing it. If you care at all about your fellow human ( Read more... )

"Vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote!!! Or I shall thwap you in the face with a dead salmon."

Well, we can have that happening. ;) My absentee balot was mailed yesterday, and yes, the oval for Mr. Kerry has been filled and in good hopes that and many others will put him in the oval office and send Mr. Bush back to Texas. We'll see though.

And to be honest, the absentee balot thing was a lot better than actually going to the voting booths, IMO. I think we should move right before election days more often. ^_^

Hey! Just because someone might vote for Bush doesn't mean they should not vote!!!
Your comment is extremely insulting to all the voters in the world.
In addition, you used terrible grammar.

OY, this is why I hate politics. Sarcasm is a wonderful tool, and you should learn to recognize it. I doubt my comment is insulting to all voters in the world because I'm one of those voters and I'm not insulted. So much for the "all" theory, eh? Was that an assonine argument? Of course, but what argument in politics ISN'T?!

My grammar isn't terrible, though, but thanks anyway Grammar Police *rolling eyes*

Well, sarcasm is often dependent on the tone of voice used by the speaker. That is one thing that is hard to communicate online.
You should have known better than that. Haven't you seen Katie's friends list?
