the thing is- I NEVER expected that Draco would show any kind of humanity at all.

But the thing is, being a DE was toruture for him. Look at how he progressively gets sicker and paler throughout the book. And his convo with Myrtle.

ANd I'm still hanging on to the hope that Snape was acting on DD's orders. *vain hope*

i didn't realise that about dumbledore and snape, its a high possiblity, but i doubt it. i would like to hate snape's memory until the next book thank you very much.

the thing about draco is like his mother said, he's a 16yrold boy, he's never experienced anything like that. he was wholly innocent, brainwashed by his father, but never did anything trully evil. He was alot of talk, he did the same stupid school stuff that a bully would do. I knew he was thinking about joining up w/ dumbledore. then snape came and ruined it.

bahh bad dreams about harry potter last night, how pathetic huh?

Snape had no choice. Look at the third tennant he swore for the Unbreakable Vow. It was Dumbledore or himself, and Dumbledore was old. And for the record, Lupin kicks ass!

DD simply said 'Severus...please...' which on first look would seem begging for his life, but I agree that DD was telling Snape to kill him. To protect Malfoy, and the other children...the look of revoltion on Snapes face was because of the necessary action he then had to take, not hatred for Dumbledore. I think Snape and Malfoy will be in hiding from both sides come the next book.

to quote a friend, "I never trusted Snape before, but after he killed Dumbledore, I trust him completely."
